01Is the replacement really free?
Yes. The glass body is replaced at no charge under your lifetime glass warranty. You only cover shipping and handling.
02What does the warranty cover?
The glass body, against accidental breakage and defects: drops, cracks, and an overfilled gem chamber that cracks the glass wall.
03Do I need to send back the broken bottle?
No. Keep your lids, gemstones and sleeve to reuse, and please dispose of the broken glass safely.
04Do I need my original order number?
It helps. Add your order number, or the email you ordered with, to the order notes so we can find your purchase quickly.
05Can I claim more than one glass?
One replacement glass per order. If more than one bottle broke, email support@gemstonewell.com and we’ll help.
06The bottle was a gift. Is it still covered?
Yes. Email support@gemstonewell.com with the gift purchaser’s name or order details and we’ll help.
