• Virtually all orders ship within 1-2 business days, either directly from our warehouse or our fulfillment partner.

• Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order via standard shipping.

• If you need your items faster, we also offer a 2-3 day USA Priority shipping upgrade at checkout.

Returns

• We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back! If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of purchase with a return request.

• Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and/or shipping recoup fee at our discretion. Items returned broken, damaged, or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.

Warranty Information

A 1-year warranty covers all Elixir2Go crystal water bottles and crystal pet water bowls purchased on our website or through an authorized distributor against manufacturer defects.  If any issue should arise with your bottle related to a manufacturer defect, contact us, and we will replace either the defective part or the entire bottle/bowl, at our discretion, free of charge. If no replacement is available in stock, we will provide a refund.

(NOTE: Our lifetime warranty covers breaks or damage caused by dropping the item or accidentally knocking the thing over)
