    Will these fit my Elixir2Go?

    Yes. Each gemstone set is sized for the Elixir2Go’s lower gem chamber, so the base closes normally.

    Do I need the bottle to use them?

    No. You can keep a set loose — on a desk, a nightstand or in a pouch — as a visual reminder of your intention. In the Elixir2Go, they sit in the lower chamber.

    Does Clear Quartz come with every set?

    Yes. Every gemstone set is paired with Clear Quartz, the same as the sets that come with the Elixir Set.

    Are these real crystals?

    Yes. We use genuine tumbled gemstones hand-sourced from Brazil and quality checked before packing. We don’t substitute resin, glass or plastic stones.

    Should I put the stones directly in my water?

    Gemstone Well does not recommend putting gemstones directly in drinking water. In the Elixir2Go, a fixed glass wall keeps the gemstones in a separate lower chamber, apart from your drinking water.

    How fast will it ship?

    In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $39.

    Can I return a set?

    Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Sets must be unused and in their original packaging, and we cover return shipping.
